KYD-B普通型电子内窥镜主要被用于常规检测无法到达的有毒、有害和空间狭小的部位，它能方便地在复杂的现场对腔体内部的焊接质量、内表面锈蚀及裂纹情况、管道堵塞情况、零件的磨损、设备的安装间隙等方面进行检查。KYD-B普通型电子内窥镜目前已被广泛的应用于电力、石油、普通型电子内窥镜1化工、航空、航天、船舶、管道、锅炉压力容器、军工兵器、考古、搜救等领域。
二、产品特点
KYD-B普通型电子内窥镜是集光学、精密机械、电子技术和显微摄像技术与一体的用于腔体内部焊接质量的检查、无损探伤、搜救等方面的新型仪器。它的探头可到达常规检测无法到达的有毒、有害和空间狭小的部位，与传统的纤维内窥镜相比，图象质量有了极大的提升，高亮度的LED照明避免了传光束长距离传输后出现的亮度衰减，因此电子镜也能比纤维镜长很多，高度集成的CCD替代了脆弱的传像束，不仅消除了画面上的网纹还提高了仪器的使用寿命，液晶监视器的使用可以做到多人同时观察，既减轻了操作者的劳动强度也提高了判断的准确性。 KYD-B普通型电子内窥镜采集的图象与内窥镜图象处理系统结合后，还可对图象进行抓拍、存储、冻结、测量计算缺陷长度和面积，徐州飞鱼内窥镜并将检测结果作成报告，能非常方便地对资料进行存档和调阅。

一、Features
KYD-B ordinary electronic endoscope is new type equipment with the techniques of optics, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera technology, and devotes to the internal welding inspection, NDT, search and rescue. Its probe can reach toxic, hazardous and pokey space where conventional testing can not. Compared to the traditional fiber endoscope, the image quality has great advance. The high-brightness LED lighting avoids the brightness decay after long-distance transmission, so the electronic endoscope can be much longer than the fiber endoscope. High integration CCD substitutes the fragile-beam, thus not only eliminates the onscreen netted veins, but also enhances the life of the equipment. The use of LCD monitors can live up to at the same time observation of people, thus can reduce the labor intensity and also increase the accuracy of judgment. The image gathered by KYD-B ordinary electronic endoscope can combine with endoscope image processing system. After that, the image can be captured, freeze, storage, the length or area of the defects can be measured and calculated, and the results will generate reports.? The information can be easily archived or accessed.
