KYD-A3管道专用电子内窥镜主要被用于检查各种口径较大的管道内部的焊接质量、表面的光洁度、锈蚀程度、裂纹情况、异物寻找、等方面。该种工业电子内窥镜尤其适合检查管径较大且长度较长的管道。目前已被广泛地应用于管道、锅炉压力容器、电力、石油、化工、船舶、、军工兵器、海关等领域。

KYD-A3管道专用电子内窥镜是集光学、精密机械、电子技术和显微摄像技术与一体的专门用于检查各种口径较大的管道内表面的新型无损探伤仪器。它同时拥有直视和侧视两个CCD，侧视时探头可以360°正反向旋转并可在需要时停止，随机配备的可调节的定中心支架能使探头始终处在管道的中心，辅助光照明能使被检物体的像更清晰柔和，该种电子内窥镜具有分辨率高、色彩逼真、图象清晰、被检部位形状准确的特点，如同亲临现场一样近距离观察被检对象，并可供多人同时观察和分析，从而避免了由于个人知识和经验的不足而发生的漏检、误检误判等弊端。另外KYD-A3管道专用电子内窥镜还具有有效探测距离长、操纵灵活等优点，检查的全过程可以拍照和录象，先将资料保存在随机配备的SD卡中，离开现场后可通过USB接口与计算机相连，并将检测结果作成报告，能非常方便地对资料进行存档和调阅。

一、Features
KYD-A3 pipe especial electronic endoscope is new type nondestructive inspection equipment with the techniques of optics, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera technology, and devotes to the inspection of the internal surface of pipe with large-diameter. It holds direct viewing and squint CCD at the same time. When testing, the probe can rotate 360° positively and negatively, and stop if need. The adjustable center bracket can let the probe at the centre all the time. The assisted-lighting can let the image of objects like more clear and soft. This type electronic endoscope has the characteristics of high resolution, image clarity, and exact shape of inspected parts, like at the scene when inspection. Peoples can observe and analyze the image at the same time, thus can avoid omissions or mistakes owing to the lack of knowledge and experience. In addition, KYD-A3 rotating electric endoscope has the merits of long effective detection distance, flexible manipulation, etc. When combine with computer image processing system, the image can be captured, freeze, storage, the length or area of the defects can be measured and calculated, and the results will generate reports. The information can be easily archived or accessed.

KYD-A3 pipe especial electronic endoscope is mainly used for the inspection within large-diameter pipe, including jointing quality, external finish, rust degree, crack instance, search of foreign body, etc. This type industrial electric endoscope is especially suitable to the inspection of pipe with large diameter and long length. Now it has been widely used in variety fields, such as pipeline, boiler pressure vessel, electric power, oil, chemical industry, shipping, archaeology, military weapons, customhouse，etc.
