一、Features
KYD-A2 electric cylinder endoscope is new type inspection equipment with the techniques of optics, precision machinery, electronics and micro-camera technology, and devotes to nondestructive inspection and cavity internal inspection. It is especially suitable for the inspection of the inside welding line or bottom rust of variety industry cylinder and container. The insertion part is a straight pole with a elbow, and especially fit to the objects with a small gob and a big paunch. This type electronic endoscope has the characteristics of short, handy, agility, reclusion high, image clarity, color fidelity and shape accurate, like at the scene when inspection. Peoples can observe and analyze the image at the same time, thus can avoid omissions or mistakes owing to the lack of knowledge and experience. When KYD-A2 electric cylinder endoscope is combined with computer image processing system, the image can be captured, freeze, storage, the length or area of the defects can be measured and calculated, and the results will generate reports. The information can be easily archived or accessed.

KYD-A2钢瓶专用电子内窥镜是专门被用于检查各种工业钢瓶和各种容器的专用设备，可对钢瓶或容器腔体内部的焊接质量、裂纹及锈蚀情况进行准确细致的检查。工业电子内窥镜目前已被广泛地应用于工业钢瓶、锅炉的生产厂家及特种设备检测所，以及液化汽、天然汽、氮气、氢气等特殊气体的检测站。

KYD-A2钢瓶专用电子内窥镜是集光学、电子技术、精密机械和显微摄像技术与一体的无损探伤、腔体内部检查的新型仪器，它专门用于各种工业钢瓶和各种容器内部焊缝、底部锈蚀等情况的检查。它插入部分为直杆加弯头的结构尤其适合小口大肚子的场合，具有短小轻便、操纵灵活、分辨率高、图象清晰、色彩逼真、被检部位形状准确的特点，如同亲临现场一样近距离观察被检物体，并可供多人同时观察和分析，从而避免了由于个人知识和经验的不足而发生的漏检、误检、误判等弊端。 KYD-A2钢瓶专用电子内窥镜加入计算机图象处理系统后，还可对图象进行抓拍、存储、冻结、测量计算缺陷长度和面积，并能将检测结果作成报告，能非常方便地对资料进行存档和调阅。
